Creole Seasoning ready for Jambalaya

Today's commercial cooking class requires us to make Creole Seasoning for the chicken rub on our chicken, to be used in cooking Jambalaya...

and the rub on the chicken followed..
Of course, when the rub on the chicken is done, we proceed with frying the chicken...
now we're ready for Jambalaya...
