Stove Top Pork Barbecue

Today is the Christmas party of my advisory class, just as all Grade 9 and Grade 10 students of our school are also celebrating.. My class only has P 1600 from their daily dues, and that is for the drinks, the paper plates, forks and spoons and drinking cups as well as for their games prizes. So we have decided to have Potluck for the Christmas party.


For my personal contribution, I decided to bring Pork Barbecue. But it rained so hard last night, so I decided to make barbecue indoors. Cooking my pork ahead before they are skewered unto the barbecue sticks. 


This morning, barbecued them on top the stove through a griddle.. They are done when all the fat have melted through the heat.. and all the meat becomes crunchy..


When done, sauce is smeared on all parts of the meat..  


The sauce is made from the marinade of the barbecue, plus butter and some starch and other spices..
