Hulagway sa Kinabuhi: Letrang H

For this week, my entry is this yummy HUMBA.. It's pork cooked in a traditional clay pot with vinegar, soysauce and lots of herbs and spices.. Technically, sauce is simmered until meat becomes tender, fat and solid meat alike.. I like my father's recipe of Humba.. 


What we do is heat it on a daily basis until its last day proves it to be very delicious.. hehehe I think you know what I mean...

When I saw the photo and looked at the big H on the title, I know what it is - HUMBA! My father loves it. When you see of the oils, it gives you a yummy look. :D
