We had our monthly meeting today, and as was agreed in last month's meeting, celebrants of February and March shall sponsor the food.. Unfortunately for the celebrants, we didn't have the budget to sponsor lunch, so we opted to have snacks instead.

Gloria told us that she is sponsoring lunch on her birthday, so Ma'am Grace and I were left to sponsor snacks. In consideration to Grace, whose dad died in February, and other budget constraints, I decided to buy her this simple cake roll as a belated birthday gift. She hasn't really celebrated her birthday because of their family's loss plus her husband was advised to rest by the doctor for enlargement of his heart. Instead of owning the cake, gave her the cake to serve during snacks.. I too have budget challenges at this time, hehehehe..

As for myself, this is what I owned in the sponsorship of snacks.. Simple, affordable, and yummy too. Spent less than P 500 for 30 persons.. not bad..
