Chocolate Rice Cooker Pancake

Too early for chocolate? Hmmm, not quite. I am supposed to make my Lili some pancakes. But I didn't feel like going out to the kitchen so I just made her pancake through our rice cooker, from inside the pad.. Doesn't it look yummy?

Anyway, what I love about this recipe is that, it's very easy to make in half the time. No need to stand up for a long period just to have the pancakes ready. All I did was put together the batter, and pour it unto the rice cooker, turn it on, and voila!

I had to leave it for some time to finish some chores, and came back to serve it.. The nice thing is, I just had to put chocolate shavings on top, and when they became soft, brushed it from side to side and there's the chocolate topping..
