Sea shells are a good source of calcium, protein and all the vitamins and minerals that the body needs. I remember, when I was yet breastfeeding Lili, my father had his favorite seafood vendor deliver seashells to the house. And he would personally make a soup out of them. He would then let me drink the soup... My father loves me and Lili very much... that I know...

And thanks to the soup, I had lots of milk for milking time---
