What Should It be?

>> Sunday, May 22, 2011

Would you think of hot tub covers when your hot tub is inviting enough to allow you to snob foodies prepared, and instead, you plunge into the tub for a relaxing dip? Uhm.. I have not encountered such dilemma yet. I guess the recent food dilemma was how to be able to taste everything with such short time. Food tasting has this really stressful effect on me. But what could be more stressful than having to taste quite a hefty amount of food in just a short span of time. Oh well, you signed up for it, so you have to bear with it until the end. It was such guilt consuming that we had to sample delectable and expensive foodies while a lot of people do not have anything to eat..  To eat or not to eat. To taste or not to taste. But quite frankly, if you decided not to taste some of the other foodies, and eat only what you like, then you will ask yourself afterward whether the experience was good or not. It wouldn't be complete. So I took the liberty of tasting in tiny bits and small portions. Of course, I also enjoy those that I like by allowing myself to have seconds and thirds, according to the small portions of course. If not, I would have exploded, lol.

Eat Green!

>> Saturday, May 21, 2011

Eat lots of greens.. You may be looking for the best creatine supplement to boost muscle growth, performance, and endurance beyond all limits, but I say, green leafy vegetables have the best say to that.

Aside from providing the best nutrients for the body, green leafy vegetables also provide the best  sources of many vitamins from vitamins A, C, and K and folate, plus minerals such as iron and calcium. The photo above  is a salad made from roots and stems of the Sayote. It was actually a first for me to try it. If we didn't visit the Bagobo Tribe of the Tibolo Cultural Village in Davao del Sur, I wouldn't be able to taste such wonderful dish.. Oh well, to live there is indeed healthy living. No pollution, healthy meals and silence.
