After not coming home for two consecutive weekends, I am so happy to have my mom's signature vegetable dish.. 

How I enjoy this is eating without rice and lots of the mushrooms, hahahaha.. 

I missed this a lot.. Dinner then off to the cemetery for our overnight with cousins at Oro Gardens..
