That's Tinolang "shells".. I dunno what they are called in the dialect, but they are fresh shells sold by a lady and all you have to do to cook them is wash them properly, add them in boiling water with leeks, peppers, onions and lemon grass.. Add salt to taste..

This is the first time ive seen tinolang shells, looks really scrumptiously interesting- will try it out too once i see good shells in the market.
