So it's just me and the two little kitties.. and they wanted to eat Balolong's Garlic Pandesal. They even volunteered to buy them at the nearby branch.. 

So right now, at this very moment, they are both eating them together with a very cold Apple flavored Iced Tea..

Noche Buena Embutido

Shop at More Food Adventures

Last month, my sister made this yummy Embutido. For tomorrow, we are thinking of recreating this Embutido, and make it more festive, to add to our Noche Buena menu. 

We could also add nuts and some carrots for added color and flavor. 

Oh well, we'll see. What we are sure of doing today, in preparation for the Noche Buena tomorrow, is to marinate our meat for the meat dishes..
