Today's Eats from Friends

>> Friday, September 5, 2014

This morning, Maam Grace and I ate this pie they call Bahug-bahug. It's actually Bread Pudding that has a red coloring. This pie is popular because it is cheap and filling. Maam Nitz  bought this from the canteen, and shared with us.

During lunch break, my friend and I met at PAGIBIG Fund and had lunch at Jollibee.

We felt so full so we decided to walk from Divisoria back to my school. But when we arrived there, a few minutes later, Sir Gerry shared with us these treats from his students' Pista sa Nayon activities.

It's non stop eats today. Thank you, Thank you , Thank you for the sponsors.

Gongyo & Breakfast

>> Thursday, September 4, 2014

Every morning, Lili and I do Gongyo. Lili, after breakfast and when she is ready for school. While I am just about to take breakfast. Before going to bed, we do Gongyo again.

Above are my usual offerings at my Butsudan. Of course, we eat the fruits when they ripen and gets replaced by a new batch of offerings. Whatever fruit in season will do.

I never run out of Lakatan Banana because it is one of the staple ingredients in my breakfast-- my protein shake.

This morning, while I had my shake, they had Baked Eggplant Caserole. That's eggplant, eggs, minced pork and some spices. They said it's yummy.
