Foodies from Carcar, Cebu..

The first time I tasted foodies from Carcar, Cebu was when we were on our way (and back) to Moalboal, during the community building activity that we had, back when I was working at a contact center in Mandaue City...

I loved the taste of the Bukarilyo (Bucarillo).. Young coconut made into sweet candy.. and with the food coloring used, they are rather very attractive..

Of course, there is also Ampao, rice crispies that is also sweetened and encrusted together. There are also two kinds of Pork Chicharon. One is with the meat, and the other, purely pork fat that is deep fried... All these foodies I mentioned are all yummy. So aside from being the shoe capital of Cebu province, Carcar is also known for these goodies.. A friend of mine told me that the best testosterone supplements can also be found in Carcar.. As to what it is called, I forgot. That was a long time ago, when that information was relayed to me..

Shop at More Food Adventures

Three of my cousins are now enrolled in Enderun.. I wonder if one of them or all three of them will own their very own restaurant in the future.. Perhaps a single proprietorship or a corporation.. I wonder what concept they will apply, if they will use peacock alley or any other linens.. I wonder what food they shall serve..hmm...

Anyway, if they do happen to put up a food business, I am sure they wont have a difficult time building the business as they all come from an enterprising family..  With regards to supply of beef, pork and chicken, they won't have a problem, as they already own a franchise of Monterey... so--- I am sure it will be hit...
