It's my friend Lizzy's birthday next month and her wedding day is set on the same day as well. We are now at the orange house to finalize the food that will be catered by another friend of ours, as well as the food that she'd like me and her sister to prepare. THE POOR MAN'S PANSIT..

This pansit was cooked using the wet pansit instead of the dried Pansit that you can buy from the grocery and have been stored for quite awhile.. Wet or the fresh pansit is usually bought only at the market.. It's usually called the poor man's pansit because it take less time to cook and can be cooked with less ingredients. It is salty so it needs less additives.. But cooking this kind of pansit is tricky. It still entails expertise. If one does not know how to cook this kind of pansit, the dish will become dull and less of a treat.. On the contrary, some restaurants use this pansit, but like what I said, it entails expertise to create a delicious masterpiece out of this kind..
