Huge Portions of Protein

My new diet entails one meal of protein like fish or chicken, but they are supposed to be in huge portions for the protein intake. The rice, carbohydrates should only be a cup.
So today, this is what my sister and I ordered. Take off the skin and all, and enjoy the chicken..
One cup of rice is already too much for this meal, but since we need the energy we must finish.
