Happy Easter, Biko Ulit!

Happy Easter to my Christian and Catholic friends. No food cooked today. But in my home, they have prepared Fiesta treats since it's our hometown's fiesta. 

For today, I have Buffalo Chicken Wings from Central Park's, as well as pizza.

It's always De Luxe pizza for me, if it's from Central Park's. Although I have made three containers full of  Biko yesterday, still, I wanted to eat something else. 

On my You Tube Channel, I have shared 2 ways to make the Biko.

Above is the traditional way, while below is inspired by laziness, hahaha...
