Today is my baby brother's birthday. He asked for a few simple things.. One of which, is Sisig.. So I made this dish for him. But since it's a kid's wish, I didn't make it spicy. 

We also had broiled Pork.. It was delicious-- crispy to the last bite :-)

For long life, my sister Sweet cooked him his favorite Bihon Guisado.. 

And Adobo too. 

Then off we went to the Colonia Hidden Valley Park for a swim.. another request fulfilled.. 

Lastly, the only cake he wants, Triple Chocolate Roll.. And of course, Leche Flan.. 

Simple joys of our tween-- River is now Twelve.. yay.. Happy Birthday Kuya.. We love you...
