Yesterday, we simply reheated what we have prepared for the Media Noche, when we celebrated the coming of the New Year between December 31 and January 1.. We had the usual Lechon and all other dishes.. 

To make them more exciting, today, we prepared different dishes with the use of old dishes.. Take for example the Saffron Mixed Rice above, which has our Christmas Ham and steamed mixed rice. 

We also have this Sauteed Bottle Gourd or Upo where my mom used the remaining olives, the Bottle Gourd and Lechon strips. And of course, the remaining ground lean meat, my sister Sweet , transformed it into Lean Meat Sisig, with the Lechon's brain as binder.. 

Totally new dishes, but used some dishes from what we have prepared on our Media Noche table. Well, happy eating.. more wine please.. hahaha..
