MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS ALL-AROUND CHICKEN GINILING

10 pc

lumpia/ spring roll wrappers (6-inch)

2 cups cooking oil

Procedure:

Place 25 g of Chicken Giniling on lumpia wrappers.

Brush edges with water. Fold sides then roll to seal completely.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry lumpia for       3 - 5 minutes until golden brown & cooked through.

Drain Excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 2 servings.
