Grasya's Maskipaps

Teacher Grace cooked dinner today. This is marinated pork with corn. It is so good but we so not know its name so we called this dish Grasya's Maskipaps - Grasya for Grace and maskipaps as coined by Tr Gil to shorten "maski papano"..

All Souls Day Offering at midnight

The moon glistened in the night sky.. It's almost midnight here.. 

And here I am preparing.. I am setting up my midnight offering for my dearly departed for tomorrow's All Souls Day celebration..
