Longganisa ni Kuya

I met this online seller selling Longganisa. I ordered to see how his products taste. So I bought a set. That's three packs of Pork Longganisa for a hundred bucks. 

The taste was good. But, my mom said the fatty longganisa is not her liking. Well, maybe his other products will make my mother happy. 

I will try his Chicken Longganisa and Fish Longganisa next time.

Very Early Dinner with Tatay

My brother's Basketball practice will end late. I am famished. So I asked my father if we can have an early dinner, as I am already dying of headache. We went to our favorite Kambingan further up, but just a few meters from my brother's school. 

We ordered Adobong Kambing and Pork Halang2x. They were delicious. Actually my father's choices. They may come pricey, but they are healthier. 

The meal came with a free Sinigang Soup for each of us. I love Sinigang. But this is from the Sinigang na Ulo ng Kambing :-)

All is well, afterwards. We asked for a quotation should we order for catering. We were told P 4500 for the entire Kambing, with 4 amazing recipes already. I was thinking, maybe Kambing is a better alternative to Lechon, come moving ceremony of Lili and River.. We have yet to decide..
