My Aunt's Birthday

Last night was my aunt's birthday. And although she did not have a party, we had a sumptuous dinner of Dinuguan, Lechon, Paklay or Halang2x, Kinilaw na Malasugue, Fish Escabeche and we brought along a cake.. 







I ate lots of the fish, a bit of the lechon, a spoonful of Dinuguan and Paklay/Halang2x and tea.. I may not have eaten all the other foods that I wanted to eat before I went into my wellness program, but I somehow feel better not having eaten them. NO cake, especially, lol.

Lunch

This is my lunch today. My sister and I are on a strict diet of protein and so we have decided to splurge on huge portions of fish or chicken in one meal per day. All the rest are meal replacement of protein shakes with personalized protein powder.

Being full with carbohydrates is different from being full because of protein. Now I can already think about cheap catalog printing at zooprinting.com rather than waste time thinking of what to cook for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
