We were invited to attend the grand opening of the newest branch of Tita Fannies last August 15, 2012 and we were delighted to see that the Xavier University-Divisoria Branch is spacious and could accommodate lots of patrons.

The staff were busy with the guests and customers.. 

We were entertained by a local singer with the same last name as mine.. And after our early lunch, we had photos taken with the manager and the owner, plus the marketing officer.. 

Just like all other branches of Tita Fannies, they have the Liempo de Lechon that is their signature dish, as well as all the other food that you can find at their other branches. From Lechon Manok to desserts, to sea foods.  Below were the food they served us.. 

 The Lumpia Shanghai is my new favorite..

The New Job

Shop at More Food Adventures

I have been busy these past few days because of my medical examinations as well as the compilation of documents as requirements for my new line of work come September. This online worker will now be a permanent teacher at the Department of Education. It's gonna be back to the classroom for me, with high school students and no longer deal with criminal background check easybackgrounds, cooking demos and writing articles for websites. Although the three will still be part of my online life, as much as cooking and cleaning the house will still be part of my chores at home, still, I will have less of them than the classroom gigs and lessons that I shall be doing for the next couple of months. I am sure it will be different, and I may have less time for invitations. But still, I am happy because I will have the opportunity to help kids with problems in school. That is after all, my lifelong wish and vocation.
