We Ate Too Much PORK! Argh!

The day before we moved in this new place, and the day before that, we ate so much PORK! Well, we usually eat pork on a daily basis, but that's when we add pork to our favorite vegetables. So we wouldn't really call it too much! 
The day before, we were served by my cousin (my neighbor now) with Pork Adobo for dinner. The day we moved in (first day we brought all our things) we brought 3 kilos of Pork which we cooked at our cousin's place for lunch and dinner.. We had Pork Stew for lunch and again, Pork Adobo for dinner. 
Then of course, on the day we finally slept here for the first time, we had Lechon Paksiw and Kilawin on our first dinner at the new place. That, and the two days, and the days that came afterward, Pork was the easiest to buy, to cook and to store at room temperature. 

Having realized that, we have decided to buy fish today, our seventh day here. We shall have fish for lunch and dinner.

Not Just Pills



Have you ever considered to use cleanse weight loss pill and all other weight loss products in the market today? Fruits rich in Vitamin C is the best. 

So don't just use pills if you wish to go on a diet. Keep a balance and you'll see the difference. I am sure you know what I mean.. Eat healthy guys---
