So this is the start of the late nights at school and long practices for their Christmas Program. Tonight, we came home very late because we had to have dinner before we embark on our journey home. It takes a couple of hours to reach Opol, so dinner is the best idea.. 

We decided to go to McDonald's, and the little me chose our dinner.. 

She says it's yummy.. Well, I don't want to disagree..

Yummy Vegetable Monday..

It's really nice to start the week with a healthy meal. Today we are blessed because we were able to get fresh vegetables, which my mom's suki brought and sold to her.

Seeing them fresh, my father, who was inspired by their freshness, volunteered to cook Pinakbet. Then my mom remembered that there was no Ampalaya with the loot, but my father insisted that it won't matter.. 

And so the yummy lunch had Pinbakbet without Ampalaya, which was very good still. 

And for dinner, what remains of the string beans, my mom asked me to cook. And the verdict was also good. Yay!
