The Papaya Tree Bears Fruits

>> Thursday, January 8, 2015

Our house help planted two Papaya trees outside the pad and they have both grown taller than usual but the fruits they bear are small. I didn't expect them to be this small...

But they are good. The ripe one is not too sweet, and the not so ripe fruit we used in our Tinolang Manok..

It tastes better than Chayote..

Random Chicken Dishes.. 2 in 1

>> Wednesday, January 7, 2015

I wanted to cook Chicken Galantina.. But I only had chicken breasts.. Maybe next time when I have a whole chicken...  So this is what I did..

First I arranged the marinated chicken breasts on top of the sliced Spicy Sausages and baked them..

After 45 minutes, it's good to eat already..

Sliced them into bits and it goes very well with a little peanut sauce.. remember our last chicken recipe? Only this time, the peanut sauce was mixed with Calamansi, soy sauce and the drippings from this baked food..

With or without the chicken, the remaining sausages taste good too.

But I had other plans for the remaining sausages and chicken..

It's Spicy Sausage and Chicken Bee Hoon...

And the kids said it was yummy.. Thank u Thank u Thank u.. hahaha
