We missed the Milkfish from the corner mini market. Instead of buying some, we bought a different kind of fish, which is not that good.. But then, since we need to have fish included in our diet, we bought some anyway.. I forgot the name of what we bought today..

Sweet Mangoes and Fried Sweet Potatoes

This week's entry is this simple and healthy snack.. Sweet Mangoes and Fried Sweet Potatoes that had been served as afternoon snacks for both Lili and River the other day.. 

Sweet Mangoes were bought from the Fruit stand a few meters away from where we live. Sliced and served as shown in photo. But the sweet potatoes were sliced thin and long, deep friend and sprinkled with a little sugar before being taken from the pan.. 

The combination was quite sensational.. even my nephews, Gian and Kurt loved them..
