Reunion

>> Thursday, July 29, 2010

The table looked so inviting. All of my favorites were there. But I ate only the seafoods. Why? I had some issues with pork the day before the reunion. So, Lechon, BBQ and all other pork dishes, I didn't eat. It was mostly the Crabs, the Shrimps, the Baby Lobsters and the Kinilaw.. There was also some Sushi, and of course some Sashimi with Wasabi.. yum..

It was a great bonding time as the Ergina-Aguilar siblings were together again.. Complete from eldest to youngest, and of course, their cousins, our uncles and aunts from Passi Ilo-ilo.. Glad that the Aguilars from UK, Finland and Passi, Ilo-ilo have bonded well with us Aguilars here in CDOC. After all, we are but a family---

Wanna Learn How To Cook or Bake?

>> Saturday, July 24, 2010

Let's see. If you have money and would like to learn cooking or baking, you can always go to Cooking or Baking Schools, or consult with the experts.  To name a few, you have Chef Ed Dychauco of Pots and Pans,  Nikon, Merry Maid, Monster Kitchen or enroll yourself at a Culinary School outside Cagayan de Oro, or take up HRM at Lourdes College. But if you do not have the budget, but have the desire to learn there's always TESDA and Alternative Learning Systems of the Department of Education.

Learning to cook or bake is fun, and it always pays a good deal of results which can help boast your confidence in cooking or baking. But if you have no time to go to the places and institutions that I have mentioned, there is always the Food Network to watch and follow..

Before deciding to enroll, make sure that you really are interested, otherwise it will defeat the purpose of enrollment..
