How we enjoy Avocados at home.

There is a saying that goes, "An Apple A Day, Keeps The Doctor Away." But if you think about it, an Avocado a day keeps the body healthy, much more than an Apple. 
Avocados are rich protein and good fats. So whenever it is in season, we make sure we buy and enjoy different recipes using it.

And because it's summer, it is refreshing to enjoy Avocados in shakes and juices. But for my family we enjoy it in a Linabug...

When it comes to snacking, it is best to give your family a healthy option. In our house, we often have healthy snacks that we can prepare anytime, as my mother will always make sure we have the ingredients.

How to make Guinamos





Guinamos or fermented salted fish is one of the condiments or side dishes that will enhance the taste of food or to simply make people enjoy certain foods better with it on the side. I had been craving for Guinamos while I was in Myanmar, but I couldn't get any because their fermented salted fish is different. 

So today, I decided to make my own. This will not be ready until 3 weeks to a month. But it's okay. 




Until then, we will be able to enjoy clean Guinamos, whether guisado or raw.
