It's the eve of the Feast of Mt Carmel and our colleague has already been absent because she is to prepare for tomorrow's festivities. Grace and I were the only ones at the office who were not included in the free lunch during NAT. But fortunately for us, Maam Nitz sent her son to give us this yummy treat for lunch..
Warm rice, and Sinugbang Baboy with lots of spices.. She even included 1.5 liter of Coke.. Burp.. Yummy lunch.. Thanks Mama Nitz..
