Since I am now ridding myself with extra calories, I have opted to create my own recipe of non fattening foods. Here's one that do not have dairy. Milk and cream are usually added to fruit salads to make them creamy and yummy. This, I opted to put only their own juices.
Healthier salads that I can indulge minus the worries.. I am living a healthier life now.. So my food is a healthy version of what I used to love.. Yum.. Must try..
