Baked Lemon Orange Chicken


I have decided to take my shake for lunch so I am having my lunch for breakfast..


My healthy protein based breakfast today is 2 pcs Baked Lemon Chicken with a few drops of Zesty Orange and one half cup rice. That's 700 calories. Plus a cup of our Tea Concentrate. Yum.. 

Nothing fancy as I am the only one who will eat this.. Later I shall have my healthy lunch of Choco Berry Surprise.. Excited Much.. :-)
