Green Mangoes.. OMG!

Weeks ago, we bought Indian Mangoes from a stand in Plaza Divisoria, and when we reached home, peeled them and enjoyed every piece with Boyong's Bagoong.. YUM! The mangoes were crunchy and just right. Not too sour, and we all enjoyed them..

Yesterday, at the beach, a beach peddler sold me two bags of peeled mangoes and I didn't like the bagoong she offered with it, so I simply chose salt.. Unfortunately, we all didn't like the mangoes. It had crunch alright, but not the right sourness.. It was too much.. We should have bought only one bag..
