If we are to enumerate food according to how effective they are for the body, it would seem like enumerating the top ten diet pills to help dieters lose weight. I would still go for the Go Foods, Grow Foods and of course, the Glow foods. That was how we were taught way back in grade school, high school and some parts of college.

Taking said foods in moderation will somehow help in the balance of food intake. But if we have already done so, then there is nothing left but to identify the top ten diet pills as previously mentioned.
