This is Kiping. A crunchy treat made of cassava flour mix or ground glutenous rice. Making this is similar to the process of making lumpia wrappers, only fried to golden brown perfection. Then caramelized sugar is drizzled all over the kiping for taste... When it dries, it is then packaged for sale... I wanted the kids to know what kiping is so we bought two packs at Divine Mercy...
