Ghana Food Day, and more..

Today, Teacher Pikey and Teacher Ken, both citizens of Ghana, came and showed us how to cook Jollof Rice, Ghana style. Before they arrived, I prepared Summer Salad.

We had fun making the rice and the other food. Teacher Trevor, from South Africa, was also with us. 

It was a great day eating Ghana food with friends..
