Today's brunch is quite the mix of all my favorite finger licking goodies.. Fried chicken, fried mushrooms and fried sweet potatoes. Very dim le to prepare with very simple ingredients.

Happy Birthday Lolo Peping
Today is rather a special day, although this is not actually the day. My grandfather's birthday is actially on the 29th of February, but since it is not leap year this year, we celebrate it on this day, February 28.
Because that is so, I went to the market to buy a few goodies to cook. Fortunately, I found beautiful pork that is good for frying.
Crispy and delicious, just the way I remember how everyone likes it..
