It's really nice to start the week with a healthy meal. Today we are blessed because we were able to get fresh vegetables, which my mom's suki brought and sold to her.

Seeing them fresh, my father, who was inspired by their freshness, volunteered to cook Pinakbet. Then my mom remembered that there was no Ampalaya with the loot, but my father insisted that it won't matter.. 

And so the yummy lunch had Pinbakbet without Ampalaya, which was very good still. 

And for dinner, what remains of the string beans, my mom asked me to cook. And the verdict was also good. Yay!

Cheesy Macaroni

As requested, again, by the kids, I cooked their favorite Cheesy Macaroni. It's different from the last time because, this time, I used Angel KremQueso-- cream which is already enriched with cheese.

But of course, true to its namesake, still, I added lots of cheese. The kids love that very much.

Tadah!! And because the kids loved it so much, it's what they for snacks, err.. actually, brunch and what they will have for later.. I have got to save some in an MF's compact refrigerator. Better have more to get when hunger pangs strike..

After our month-long celebration of the Filipino Values Month, the department of Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao had its end celebration dinner. We went to Tsinoy's and these are the food we had.. 

Of course, we also had the Four Seasons.. to die for..

Mama Nitz gave us food for lunch to celebrate her son's passing of the Board for Chemical Engineers.

There was the yummy Liempo.. And the roasted chicken that we so love.. 

She also cooked Tanghon to go with the chicken and the liempo.. 

Thank you for the lunch Mama Nitz.. Buuuurrppp.. and again, congratulations to your son.. Yay..

I fetched my brother from school and since it's way past dinner, we went to the nearest Jollibee for dinner. 

So we ordered his favorite Burger Steak and my fave Pepper Garlic Beef.. of course, dinner won't be complete without dessert.. 

We had Strawberry and Chocolate Sundae to cap our simple dinner.. Then we scooted home..

Today we have finally done moving our things. It was quite a warm day. But we have to finish everything before it starts to rain. 

And when everything was done, a trip to 7-11 made everything perfect.. for the kids at least, hahahaha.. 

This Fundae Cone is to die for.. And in partaking it is like dying each time and going to heaven everytime, hahahaha.. 

It's so good. And since it's very affordable, you can have it everyday.. err.. unless you wanna have Diabetes..
